the photographer can send a photo message to send the photo. also he could create his own hot spot and then he could take the photo with his camera then he could send it trough his laptop because his laptop will connect to his phones hot spot. or he could take the photo with his camera then send it at home.

the one what is the quickest is making your own hot spot, the cheapest one is to do it at home

the quicker way is to create his own hot spot . you could send a picture message but it will cost alot
